1.  New Dog License Fee Structure. If you live in Arlington County there is a new fee structure for dog licenses.  All new dog licenses issued will be valid for the life of the dog with a one-time fee of $30 per dog.  You are still required to keep all rabies vaccinations current.  It is required by County Code that all dogs entering the dog park have current rabies vaccination tags as well as their dog license tags from the jurisdiction they reside secured on them.  In addition to the other essential vaccinations for your dog, it is recommended to also have them vaccinated for Bordetella, or kennel cough, before bringing them to a dog park.
Information for Arlington dog licenses and the application form can be found: https://taxes.arlingtonva.us/dog-licenses/
We usually have hard copies of the application form at the dog park next to the exit gate at the main entrance. If you do not live in Arlington check your local government’s web site for dog license information and application form.

2.  Keep gates closed. Please make sure when opening the gates leading to the stream that you do not allow other dogs through.  Make sure those gates and those at the park entrances are always closed behind you. Thank you.

3.  Please help keep the park clean by making sure everyone picks up after their dogs and has them in sight at all times.
